Items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of order received, provided customer still has the original packaging and the product is in the same condition it was received in. The customer would be liable for costs of returning the product to DB Electronics.

Items can also be returned or replaced within 7 days of order received, if the item is considered defective. There would be a temporary fee of $10 to pick up or send return label for the item considered defective and once the returns department at DB Electronics has assessed the item and deemed it defective, the $10 temporary fee will be refunded along with the product.

Please allow for returns to take between 10-14 business days to be processed.
